Returns and Refunds Policy

At Seawatt, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your order does not fully satisfy you, you can return it for a refund or store credit. Please read our return and refund policy below carefully to understand the terms and procedures.

Right of Withdrawal:

In accordance with the law, you have a 14-day period to return your order from the date of receipt.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged.
  • Items must be in their original packaging, with all accessories and documents included.

In case of receiving damaged items, quality issues, or non-conformity:

  • Contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide photos of the damages or the non-conforming product.
  • Our customer service will guide you through the return process.

Return Fees:

In accordance with current legislation, return fees are at your expense.

Return Procedure:

  1. Fill out the return form
  2. Prepare photos if necessary to accompany the documentation.
  3. Send the form and photos by email to contact@seawatt.fr.
  4. Provide your order number and your name or company.
  5. Our customer service will provide you with a return address and a return form.
  6. Carefully package the item(s) to be returned, including the original packaging, all accessories and documents, and the return form.
  7. Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer service.

Refund or Store Credit 'coupon':

If your return complies with the above conditions, you have the choice between:

  • A full refund of the amount of your order, including standard delivery costs.
  • A store credit in the form of a discount coupon equivalent to the amount of your order, usable on your next purchase.

The refund or coupon will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return. The processing time may vary depending on your payment method. Return fees remain at your expense.

Exceptions:

Some products are not eligible for return and refund, such as:

  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Digital products.
  • Products with opened or damaged packaging.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item and place a new order.
